Items purchased through the Humble Faith Ministries shop are eligible for a refund within 30 days of delivery. All products must be unused and in new condition in order to be eligible for a refund. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Please ship returns via USPS, as UPS and FedEx will not deliver to a Post Office box. Please include either the original packing slip or a copy of the order confirmation email with your return.
All sales on discounted items, digital downloads, gift cards, bulk orders, and subscriptions are final and not eligible for refund. Returns on Bundle items will reflect the discounted price on the item returned only, unless the Bundle is returned in its entirety for a full refund.
If your order arrived and the products shipped do not match what is listed on your order confirmation email, please contact our Customer Support Team at support@humblefaithministries.com before returning the item so we can determine the best way to assist you.
