Sufficiency of Christ

Not that we are sufficient in ourselves to claim anything as coming from us,

but our sufficiency is from God.

2 Corinthians 3:5 ESV

There are days when I question if I’m really cut out for mothering these little ones. When they are trying my patience from the moment their little toes touch the floor. But God, in his infinite wisdom, has blessed me with these particular children with their specific personalities. To grow me and shape me and lead me to himself. I give my cares to the Lord because I know he loves me. I know that my weaknesses become my strengths in him, and my story can be used for his glory. Christ is enough, his grace is enough, and I am grateful!
